Q- Order by phone? Ans-No Q-Do you have it in stock? Ans-85% of what we display is in stock Q-How long does it take to get a special order? Ans- Usually 2-3 days but could take a week or more depending upon where its coming from. Q-What is the cost of special order freight? Ans- If its just one or two sheets maybe $15-$20 for large orders on pallet's $150 each-We do not mark up any freight prices and we try to consolidate freight to lower the cost to you. If your tile guy has a C54 Cert on file you get 10% off. No home deliveries.
