Q- Order by phone? Ans-No Q-Do you have it in stock? 85% of what we display is in stock Q-How long does it take to get a special order? Usually 4-7 business days but could take a week or more depending upon where its coming from. Q-What is the cost of special order freight? If its just one or two sheets maybe $15-$20 for large orders on pallet's $175each-We do not mark up any freight prices and we try to consolidate freight to lower the cost to you. If your tile guy has a C54 Cert on file you get 10% off. No home deliveries.
Q- Checking out samples- Ans Yes with a credit card No charge if brought back by due date usually a week- Charges if not returned $15/SF $45/SF for wave for our tile If not ours then $80 for each sample $195.00 each if mounted on a board. Mosaics from venders $150 TMO mosaics $45 Price includes labor and freight. Same for damaged tile.
Q-Refunds A- See your sales order or credit card payment copy.
Q-Exceptions to refund policy - Only if you can prove a mistake made by any employee of Tile and Marble Outlet. Must be documented and sent to stmo@cruzio.com Never on a special order and only on Tile and Marble Outlet in stock tile within a month WITH your receipt.
Q- What are credit card fees? For full cancellations (not special orders or before order ships) We charge 7% this includes 3.5% for original swipe and 3.5% for reversal plus 2% service fee total 9%
Every time the card is processed theirs a fee by the processor company NO exemptions.
Q-Can I pay on the phone with a Credit card? -No if special order
Q-Can I pay by check? A-NO
Q-Do you charge for packaging? Yes- Min fee is $25 Max depends on time and materials. Call for quote Labor is $60 Hr. Packaging depends on other factors.
Q-What is the 5% service charge for? Fuel and Tariff rates that we get charged for as stated on our countertop and posted on the wall.
Q- Do you charge for duplicate orders? Yes if both contractor and Customer wrote up and paid for same order and one needs to be refunded and cancelled. Minimum $85.00
Q- Is there a fee for cancellation? Yes for orders we have written up - It is $100. as we might have spent anywhere between 45 minutes to 6 days with your project.
Q- Can customers E-mail you? A- Not unless instructed

RE: Charges on your bill above
These percentages are for total sale. IE If you were charged $500 then 9.25% of 500 =$46.25. Also You or your agent were given a credit card receipt that states no refunds and a sales order that details the terms all sales final.
Refund or store credit A- Full refund plus transaction fees are 30% while store credit up to 1 year only $15 restock fee plus credit card fee.
ATTENTION- Every time ANY credit card is used there is a charge of 3.75% even debit cards.
